Phospholipids are a class of lipids that form a vital part of human cell membranes. Phosphatidyl serine, a member of the phospholipid family, is mostly prominent in the membranes of brain cells. Memo Plus also contains iodine, a chemical element which supports cognitive health, as well as omega 3 fish oil which contains the beneficial fatty acid DHA, often found alongside phosphatidyl serine in brain cell membranes.
