What are Elite Energy Gels? Developed with support by British Cycling, our Energy Gels are a quick and convenient way to deliver fast-acting energy using delicious and natural fruit extracts. Each sachet provides an impressive 25 g of carbohydrates and three electrolytes, best taken before or during a workout. We use a dual combination of carbohydrates using a 2:1 Maltodextrin Fructose mix that provides a concentrated source of fuel when you need it the most. Why is ours better? We use natural pectin for easier digestion and a more fluid, light consistency, not thick like other energy gels, meaning you can easily consume our gels without water.
