THE FUTURE OF ELITE WEIGHT TRAINING EQUIPMENT HAS ARRIVED - Whether youre a bodybuilder, performance athlete, personal trainer or just working out at home, the G6 is the complete all-in-one strength training solution. SMITH MACHINE - With its commercial grade guide rails the Force USA G6 provides the smoothest of motions. Safe lock and release mechanics and safety catches allowing you to max out without the need of a spotter. The Rerack function allows you to leave the bar in the height position that you finished lifting. POWER RACK - Whether you want to bench or squat the G6 Power Rack with its commercial grade adjustable height J-Hooks and Safeties are designed to handle the heaviest of loads. FUNCTIONAL TRAINER -The Force USA Monster G6 is equipped with 2 x 99.5kg weight stacks, in turn attached to two pulley cables and stirrup handles on either side of the front of the frame. These pulleys offer 22 height positions to perform cable exercises from all angles resulting in over 75 different exercise options. VERTICAL LEG PRESS - Force USA have designed a unique Leg Press attachment that fits onto the Smith Machine bar. By lying on a bench or on the floor you can now do vertical leg press, working the muscles differently to squatting. The large footplate allows for narrow or wide foot stance. The checker plate surface provides a safe non slip surface. DIP STATION - The Multi-Grip Dip Handle attachment provides different width options for you to choose from. Conveniently adjust the height to use weight belts or resistance bands. SUSPENSION TRAINER - Suspension trainer ring compatible with packages sold separately such as TRX and others. Great for functional training. CORE TRAINER- A Landmine Station provides angled barbell movement. The barbell is secured into a pivoting sleeve that is attached to the bottom of the Power Rack. The other end is held by the lifter who can move the bar in numerous planes. Great for all core and torso flexion exercises (barbell sold separately).
