FORCE USA MYBENCH FID BENCH With the Force USA MyBench FID Bench you not only get the bench but a preacher pad and leg extension/curl attachment. This gives you four machines in one allowing you to do standard bench exercises, arm curls, leg extension and leg curl exercises. It offers a -25 degree decline all the way through to a 75 degree incline, a total of 6 workout positions for a variety of bench exercises. Work you quads and hamstrings with the leg extension/leg curl attachment. Swap the leg unit and replace with the Preacher pad and you can do controlled arm curls and when you have finished you can rest your bar on the integrated bar rest. The Force USA MyBench can be moved around by grabbing the handle at the front and pushing it around on its rear transport wheels. The upholstery is very well padded and made from sweat resistant DuraCore high density foam with rip stop VorTex covering. Use the MyBench FID on its own or with one of the Force USA All-In-One Trainers such as the Force USA G3, G6 or G12.
