Once subscribed to iFit its 22 (56cm) HD Touch Screen streams a wide variety of NordicTracks iFit workouts including walks, hikes and runs filmed in locations all around the world. You can climb mountains in the Alps or run down the streets of London and the 2950 treadmill automatically adjusts the incline, decline and speed to match the terrain and your pace. Its as close as you will get to the real thing. The iFit also gives you on-demand studio workouts with world class personal trainers, who control all the functions of the treadmill in real time and with over 16,000 on demand workouts you will never get bored. The NordicTrack 2950 treadmill has a 4.25 HP Self Cooling Motor that takes the treadmill up to 13.75mph (22km/h) and the live incline control will take you up to a generous 15% incline but also down to a 3% decline, so you are actually running down hill. The NordicTrack 2950 features a ReflexCushioning system that absorbs each stride while releasing a burst of energy to propel your next step.
