The upright row and rear deltoid exercises help you build stronger back and shoulder muscles. Combine this with the lat pulldown and leg unit and you have a smooth, silent machine were all motion and resistance is designed to closely match your body's natural movements. Optional Leg Press adds more variety to your leg routines.
